Where does my item ship from?

We are located in Ventura County, California. Basketballs and Footballs are stocked and ship from CA ensuring your gift makes it in about 1 week. (Unless unforeseen issues with the mail carrier arise)

Can my ball be customized with a name?

Yes. There are 2 custom options available at this time.

1) We can add a name in Heat Transfer Vinyl to the back of various Footballs and Basketballs.

2) We can produce a fully customized Basketball.

What other names are available?

We continue to take your requests into consideration and understand the value of every family dynamic. Be on the lookout for Bonus Mom, Bonus Dad, and Nephew/Niece. Join the email list for first dibs on new balls.

How long after payment will my order be processed?

In Stock Items (including Names added in Vinyl) are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours which means your loved one will receive their gift within about a week.

Customized Engraved Basketball take approximately 4 weeks from final approval. 

Travel Items and Mugs are made to order and take approximately 7-10 days to process.

Is the ball strong enough to play with?

The Basketballs are made of quality hand stitched Advanced Composite Leather and can be played with indoors or outdoors. The Footballs are made of rubber and leather. The balls are strong, and can be played with, but are intended for display.

Will you have more than Basketballs and Footballs?

It is possible we will expand to other sports in the very near future. Stay Tuned 😊
